1. Entertainment only

chinesebabypredictor.com provides traditional-date-based entertainment. Predictions produced by the Chinese gender chart, the Mayan predictor, our quiz, planner and every other tool on this site are folklore artifacts with a roughly 50% real-world hit rate — the same as chance. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and no tool here can determine or influence a baby's sex. Only qualified medical testing (such as NIPT, amniocentesis, CVS or ultrasound) performed by licensed providers can determine fetal sex, and you should direct all health decisions to your healthcare professional.

2. Acceptable use

You may use the tools freely and share result screenshots. You may not scrape the site at abusive rates, resell our content as a service, attempt to interfere with other users, or use the site for any purpose that violates law in your jurisdiction. Users in jurisdictions where prenatal sex determination is restricted — such as India under the PCPNDT Act — acknowledge that our tools are entertainment simulations that cannot determine sex; we support all laws promoting gender equality.

3. Intellectual property

The site's text, design, code, chart presentation and tool interfaces are © Chinese Baby Predictor. The traditional Chinese gender chart itself is public-domain folklore; our fact-checked blog content, lunar conversion engine and page designs remain original works. Fair use — quoting with a link — is welcome.

4. No warranty

The site is provided "as is". While we work hard to keep the lunar computations accurate to the underlying calendar data, we make no warranty of accuracy, completeness or continuous availability, and we are not liable for decisions made based on entertainment content. If a calculation looks wrong, please tell us — we fix things fast.

5. Third-party services

Our contact form passes messages through a Web3Forms-compatible processor; its handling is covered in our privacy policy. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to know which tools are popular.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as the site evolves; material changes will update the "last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. This document is a lay summary, not legal advice; consult counsel for specifics.
